An unassuming leader who simply gets on and does what needs to be done, Hadfield is a good representation of BBH’s ethos. He has been with the agency since 2003, when he joined in London as global business director. He moved to Singapore in 2005 as managing director, and has been chief executive since 2010. He is also an executive council member of the Institute of Advertising Singapore (IAS). His leadership philosophy is to attract the very best people: do that, and everything else will fall into place. “They just make everything better, easier, and as a consequence make you look good,” he says.
